Daniel is a board certified PMHNP (Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner) in the state of Ohio. He is also licensed as an RN in the state of California, as well as holding a multistate RN compact license, and can see RN consult/case management clients in these states (map updated regularly). Ohio limits NP prescriptive authority, and Daniel is not able to prescribe scheduled medication, such as stimulants for ADHD, or specific sedating medication.

Learn more about the formal assessment process for neurodivergence. I use an affirming, MIGDAS-2 based protocol based assessment for Autism, and a DIVA-5 based protocol for ADHD. For those who desire or require a formal diagnosis, I can make this process as comfortable and empowering as possible.
If you're looking for professional consultation (ongoing or one time) regarding the care of your clients with embodied transgender/queer, disabled/chronic pain, and/or neurodivergence experience, feel free to reach out to me.
I can also help with letter writing (ex: affirming referral letters for surgeries, disability accommodations letters for school or work, parking permit forms, statements of medical necessity for emotional support or psychiatric service animals).
I offer 101 level and beyond trainings on these same topics. I can support a sliding scale fee structure for not-for-profit organizations. I have a broad network of providers who have expertise on other topics.
